Ivan was punctual, professional, and did a great job on our carpets. We’re renting and I’m pretty sure the carpets in our place have never been professionally cleaned. When Ivan was done our place smelt so much better and clean! Ivan was so friendly, polite and professional! He called ahead, came early, was honest and helpful when he realized the second hand cat tree that we purchased/needed cleaned was not going to be fixed with their services. Crew was on time, even a little early, they did call so we were ready for them. We had all the areas ready to go, furniture moved and carpets vacuumed, cleaning was quick and efficient, carpets look great. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. Would recommend and definitely use again.
