We had a great experience with Josh and team!! They were personable and professional from start to finish and I felt comfortable even without my husband being home during the clean. I was blown away by how much crud was pulled from our carpets because vacuuming can only reach surface level dirt, hair and dust. I’m 31 weeks pregnant and wanted a deep clean before baby arrives and love that Zerorez is non-toxic so I could stay home during the clean without fear of inhaling toxins. I would highly recommend this company!

Thanks ! Our carpet looks , smells and feels amazing . Our cleaning technician Matthew was very professional kind and courteous. He showed up exactly on schedule. He took the time to go over everything and explain all of the products that he would be using today . What I like about this company is the natural cleaning products as opposed to harsh chemicals . This made it perfect for a family with small children and pets . Matthew worked diligently to make sure he got every single nook and cranny . All of the stains that were left by the previous homeowner are completely gone...and our cleaning was right on budget !!

Josh was so kind and professional! He did an amazing job with our large fabric sectional couch, and with no harsh chemicals, no scent or residue!! I have bad allergies so it was really important for me to find a company that has a natural cleaning process, and I was super happy to find Zerorez! After the cleaning, there was a very light lemon scent that dissipated quite quickly and the couch was dry in a matter of hours. Our couch looks and feels brand new!! Highly recommend this company!! Fantastic service and beyond fair pricing. After shopping around and being appalled at what companies are charging and all the up selling for “additional detachable cushions” on couches and anything else they can, or hearing “I upgraded my blower so it has more suction” - which after having my family out east operate steam cleaning services for 40 years - tells me that competitor isn’t maintaining equipment, Zerorez came through with punctual flexible and professional service. Would highly recommend this Canadian extension of an American company to anyone looking for carpet and upholstery cleaning in the Calgary area.

What can I say? Every experience I have with Zero Rez has been awesome! Typically, it’s my white sofa that gets done every six months. However, this time we were in a renovation of a room in which my son has occupied For the past few years. Let me say it was not pretty when we moved him out. Had special treatment done on the rugs and the room smells like nothing now Which is exactly how I wanted it.

Really impressed with how clean our carpets came out!! We have two golden retrievers who track in a lot of dirt and the carpets were visibly dirty in a number of areas but after the cleaning, they look almost new again. The service was super fast, Josh and his partner were professional and explained everything in detail. We’ve had our carpets cleaned before with traditional machines and they have never come out this good. I cannot recommend this company enough! Beyond impressed.

This is our second time using Zerorez. Both times, the crews showed up on time, walked through where they would start and any issues that they foresee such as the stains :). Very friendly staff from the person answering the phone to the techs on site. I will continue to use Zerorez and highly recommend them. I recently purchased used furniture online and when I got it home and sat on the chair it instantly became obvious that the previous owners were pet owners. I have a bad allergy to animal dander and hair. Instantly I was covered in hives so I went online to try and find a company that could clean my sofa and chair. After looking at Google reviews amd checking a few forums, one name stood out. Zerorez had excellent Google reviews but as well, lots of people on forums with me give separate additional recommendations. I wasn't let down. I was able to book an appointment for the next business day. They followed up with reminders and even phoned to let me know that they'd had some cancellations and they would be able to come earlier if that worked for me. When Josh arrived, he was punctual, clean, polite respectful and genuinely seemed to appreciate his job. He did an absolutely spectacular job of cleaning the furniture. The fabric is now cleaner, it's dander free and my allergies are no longer bothering me. I couldn't be happier with the job that Josh did.
