Really impressed with how clean our carpets came out!! We have two golden retrievers who track in a lot of dirt and the carpets were visibly dirty in a number of areas but after the cleaning, they look almost new again. The service was super fast, Josh and his partner were professional and explained everything in detail. We’ve had our carpets cleaned before with traditional machines and they have never come out this good. I cannot recommend this company enough! Beyond impressed.

This is our second time using Zerorez. Both times, the crews showed up on time, walked through where they would start and any issues that they foresee such as the stains :). Very friendly staff from the person answering the phone to the techs on site. I will continue to use Zerorez and highly recommend them. I do appreciate their reminder service as well since we can easily forget.

I recently purchased used furniture online and when I got it home and sat on the chair it instantly became obvious that the previous owners were pet owners. I have a bad allergy to animal dander and hair. Instantly I was covered in hives so I went online to try and find a company that could clean my sofa and chair. After looking at Google reviews amd checking a few forums, one name stood out. Zerorez had excellent Google reviews but as well, lots of people on forums with me give separate additional recommendations. I wasn't let down. I was able to book an appointment for the next business day. They followed up with reminders and even phoned to let me know that they'd had some cancellations and they would be able to come earlier if that worked for me. When Josh arrived, he was punctual, clean, polite respectful and genuinely seemed to appreciate his job. He did an absolutely spectacular job of cleaning the furniture. The fabric is now cleaner, it's dander free and my allergies are no longer bothering me. I couldn't be happier with the job that Josh did.

By far the best carpet cleaner! We live out in High River AB, and after many companies telling us they don't come out that far, or we're willing to charge us upward of 300$, we found Zerorez! Always a great result. Zerorez staff are well informed and enthusiastic about giving the best result for their client. They were very friendly, and professional in discussing the challenges and the approach required for the work and kept me in the conversation as they took on the task of renewing a houseful of twenty year old wool carpets. Unbelievable to me, the carpets came out above and beyond any expectations I had. Their technology allowed for the carpets to dry quickly and their product left no crunchy residue to walk over. The same time, attention and effort was given to a white shag rug with a stain that I thought would never come out. They persisted and with great result. Why did it take me so long to find such a service?! As long as I have carpets or rugs or upholstery, I will use Zerorez. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Zerorez.

Zerorez was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier. I had my area rug cleaned. Three things to note: 1. They pick up and bring back your rug which is so convenient. 2. My rug came back in like new condition and I didn’t think that was going to be possible. 3. The price is absolutely fantastic! Saw an ad for the company and figured I would give it a shot as a rug doctor did nothing for my pet mess. They informed me it likely wouldn’t remove the stains but when Josh showed up he felt a deeper clean would help. With a large area discoloured I figured I would go ahead with the service before having to replace the carpet. Carpet looks brand new and so does a 6 year old couch with 2 large dogs living on it. Will be using them again.

They did a great job on my stairs. I was shocked by the difference from when I had another company clean carpets and stairs. Will call to redo the basement., because I can see they are still dirty . Only issue I had was that they were unable to clean the grout (not their fault) but I had to pay more as they had a minimum fee. I was unaware of.
