Seen ad for Zerorez online and decided to give them a try. Can book on line or by phone. Approximate quote given when booking. This can vary as to number of rooms, stairs and hallway so actual price may be more than quote, which is understandable as room sizes can vary. Communication is very good as you receive text or email confirmation and reminders of you booking. Tech called approximately 30 minutes before arriving and went right to work after seeing areas to be cleaned. Had 2 rooms cleaned as well as stairs. Took about 1.25 hours. Tech was very thorough, not rushed. Protective bumpers were placed on corners to prevent wall damage and furniture that wasn't being moved had protective squares under the legs to prevent staining. Carpet took about 8 hours to dry and looks wonderful. Our carpet is 14 years old and had not been cleaned for awhile. I am very impressed with how it feels. It is soft and puffy, feels like new. Previous carpet cleaning companies have not left the carpet so soft. Would definitely recommend Zerorez and Joseph.

Although I did not have rooms or whole house...I did have 2 area rugs (one with a cotton mixture) that had a white background that really need cleaning (yes have small dogs). I didn't want to drag them to a facility to get cleaned....so I called Zerorez. We'll both my carpets look brand new!! They were not soaking wet and my floors are safe from moisture. Josh is a VERY nice man, Professional and ohhh..On Time arriving..actually early. I don't have a before picture but trust me they needed cleaning. Call them for your next carpet cleaning job!!

This is the second time I have used Zerorez, and once again they did an amazing job. We are in a rental with cream colour carpet we try to maintain it the best we can but after a few months you can tell where the high traffic areas are. So we brought back Zerorez and they took care of everything carpets are looking clean, will definitely use them again. I do not have before pics but there are after.

We had Zerorez in to clean after a week long stay of a dog with separation anxiety. Needless to say the dog peed on every carpet in our home. The wall to wall carpets are clean now thank goodness! The wool rugs were taken to the shop for some tender loving care.

Super Friendly, Extremely thorough. Looks 1000x better then when I do it. Quick and simple, he took just under an hour for my stairway, hallway and 2 bedrooms. Price was right for the service too. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a no fuss great carpet clean. They also have tile/grout and maid services as well. Going to have to check the maid services out next time.

We had a great experience with Josh and team!! They were personable and professional from start to finish and I felt comfortable even without my husband being home during the clean. I was blown away by how much crud was pulled from our carpets because vacuuming can only reach surface level dirt, hair and dust. I’m 31 weeks pregnant and wanted a deep clean before baby arrives and love that Zerorez is non-toxic so I could stay home during the clean without fear of inhaling toxins. Thanks ! Our carpet looks , smells and feels amazing . Our cleaning technician Matthew was very professional kind and courteous. He showed up exactly on schedule. He took the time to go over everything and explain all of the products that he would be using today . What I like about this company is the natural cleaning products as opposed to harsh chemicals . This made it perfect for a family with small children and pets . Matthew worked diligently to make sure he got every single nook and cranny . All of the stains that were left by the previous homeowner are completely gone...and our cleaning was right on budget !!
