My son and his family live in Spokane Wash. We were visiting him and while we were there he had Zerorez of Spokane clean all his carpets. My wife and myself were impressed with the outcome so we decided to have Zerorez of Calgary clean all our carpets and area rugs. Lead technician arrived on time and went to work. We were impressed with the result. Our carpets came out like new and the procedure they use our carpets were just damp and we were able to move our furniture back in place within a few hours. Can’t say enough good things about Zerorez (FYI: stands for Zero Residue), Kema was very professional and kind when it came to getting quotes and finally booking. Lovely to speak to. Reed came in and absolutely did an amazing job getting every stain out of our carpet (including 2 wine stains, one new & one very old) as well as cat urine on the couch. He was very friendly, professional and finished quicker than expected. Even gave me a few tips for future wine spills (which I’m praying against, but accidents happen) I will definitely be using them going forward and referring friends! Thank you Zerorez Team! You’ll 100% hear from me again!

Shane came out to my aunt's senior's residence today to clean a chair that she inherited from a former resident. I love my aunt, but she's quick to find fault, things are always just ok in her eyes, never great. Well, today she said the chair looks great. All of the food residue and grime is gone, she's thrilled. She said she's never seen anyone work as hard as Shane: from the moment he arrived, and after 3 trips to bring his equipment up to her room, he got to work on bringing the upholstery back from the brink. It was important to him that she was happy with the result before he left (no further work was needed, he got it right the first time) and to make sure the chair was dry for her, he left the fan running on it while he made the 3 trips to return his gear to the vehicle. He called me when he was done to update me, and the invoice was easy and secure to pay. We couldn't be happier! Thanks, Shane, Todd and Zerorez.

We read about their service and the product they use in the Okotoks Western Wheel and decided to give them a try. I booked on the weekend and scheduled a following Tuesday appointment. They called in advance to get the okay to come a little early and showed up as committed. The techs were polite, friendly, careful and informative. They were here about 2 hours and the carpets look good. Time is always the test with carpet cleaning, but we are hopeful their non chemical process will last better than previous efforts.

Josh was very professional, explained all the details of the products they use and really knew his stuff. Even though he had to do the job last minute he was very polite and friendly I would highly recommend this company. The prices have to be the fairest in Calgary. January 2023 Used this service again and the results and price was amazing. My couch looks fantastic. The guy I spoke to on the phone regarding booking was friendly and easy to deal with, and the guy who did my cleaning was thorough and amiable. The only thing I didn't like, and this isn't just these guys but industry wide I think - I just paid $300 for 1.5hrs of couch cleaning ... I'm not leaving a tip on top of that. I don't tip the guy who changes my tires. I don't tip my chiropractor. I'm not tipping the guy who cleans my couch no matter how good of a job he did (which was really good) - for $300 I expect a good job!

Friendly, on time, and my carpets and area rugs are really clean and look amazing. No strong or harsh chemical smell left behind, just fresh clean carpets and area rugs. The carpet is drier than I expected. I’ll leave some fans on and the carpets should be mostly dry in no time. I had them apply the protectant so I’m interested to see what kind of difference that makes over time. They got some really stubborn stains out that I couldn’t budge with Resolve spray cleaner. I plan on having them back to clean my leather sofa and loveseat.

I love the fact this is chemical free, and a bonus for me that my apartment floor wasn't too high so a portable cleaner wasn't required. I was worried at first it wouldn't get done because I guess apartments typically require portables and that got lost in translation somehow, but I really appreciated the extra mile they took to make it work that day. Plus, we had some good, sunny, above zero weather so the lines could be hooked up to the van. The carpets now look and feel AMAZING and I will definitely do this on a yearly basis. They sprayed a chemical free citric treatment, used this wild brush, and then washed using ultra distilled water in lickity split time (I had two bedrooms, about 500 Sq ft in total). The dirt that came out, wow. 😅 The carpets weren't cleaned at all when I moved into this rental, and boy did they need them! Very friendly service and the only one of its kind in Canada, for a reasonable price. Like I said, will do again! ✌️

I am totally amazed! I rented a place where the landlord stated the carpet had already been done but to look at it -it clearly had not been. The livingroom smelled awful and stains everywhere...I called and had an appt with Shane. He ended up coming early, thoroughly explained the issues with this carpet and then miraculously got the carpet looking and smelling like new!
