Seen ad for Zerorez online and decided to give them a try. Can book on line or by phone. Approximate quote given when booking. This can vary as to number of rooms, stairs and hallway so actual price may be more than quote, which is understandable as room sizes can vary. Communication is very good as you receive text or email confirmation and reminders of you booking. Tech called approximately 30 minutes before arriving and went right to work after seeing areas to be cleaned. Had 2 rooms cleaned as well as stairs. Took about 1.25 hours. Tech was very thorough, not rushed. Protective bumpers were placed on corners to prevent wall damage and furniture that wasn't being moved had protective squares under the legs to prevent staining. Carpet took about 8 hours to dry and looks wonderful. Our carpet is 14 years old and had not been cleaned for awhile. I am very impressed with how it feels. It is soft and puffy, feels like new. Previous carpet cleaning companies have not left the carpet so soft. Would definitely recommend Zerorez and Joseph.

Joshua was so fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did not try and force me to purchase products from them. I had my stairs done and they look so good! My carpet was quite dirty and dusty and now looks like new. I will definitely be using them yearly moving forward. Thank you Joshua!!
